About
The concept of the radio show, Sports Talk “60″, was derived by the minds at JMT Management. The show plays off the back and forth between its two hosts, John and Chip. A firefighter by trade, John is also an actor and improv comic who trained with Second City - Detroit Theatre. John is currently the front man for the improv troupe - Project 2. He brings a feeling of entertainment to the show and is comfortable in front of a camera and behind a microphone. John is an avid sports fan and during the 90’s was part of the pro indoor soccer league (USISL).
Chip brings an immense knowledge of sports trivia to the show. His duties include planning the various segments, audience participation games and giveaways. Chip also spends his spare time with the improv troupe - Project 2 as a stage manager.
This website is a vehicle for the hosts of Sports Talk “60″ to talk about the show, about sports, about comedy and acting, about the people they meet and anything else that may occur during their ongoing adventures. Some of you may want only to read about the sports, others about the acting or people who cross their paths, which is why the posts will be categorized. You can read all of them or just a select few, the choice will be yours.
