Will a Year make a Difference?
The air is breezy with temperatures in the near sixties, the sun is shining in the sky and there’s not a cloud in sight….
On the field they’re wearing white uniform’s with an Old English D. Yes, that could only mean one thing. Spring training has begun.
For all the sports fans that waited through the Lions season, still hold hope for the Pistons and are awaiting another repeat of the Wings to take the cup, here they are, the “Boys of Summer”.
Many are making plans to take opening day off, hoping that the 2008 season is behind us. There haven’t been any huge off season deals. Maybe some shoring up of the defense and adding another closer to the roster, but it’s still mostly the same group of players. The best team on paper last year.
Will this be the year that the Tigers transfer the stats to the standings?

wooohoooo spring training is here. Great show last week. I wish they picked up a few different players but who knows. It’s a new season.

Thanks for the post. Yeh I am getting geeked myself . Cant wait for them to start up. Lots of baseball talk to come. Chip and myself will be hitting the wings game tonight. Looking for a victory.
