The Lions lose Roy Williams. Do you care?
The trade deadline for football has come and gone and the Lions send Roy Williams off to the Dallas Cowboys. Who is the winner in this deal? Everyone will form an opinion and I welcome you to leave one here. Personally, I have mixed feelings about the decision. The numbers that Roy put up while he was here for (5) years speak for themselves. In return for Roy, the Lions pick up 3 draft choices. This may end up being a good deal, because it appeared Roy Williams was not going to return next year. It seems that the Lions have written off the ‘08 season after only five games.
The quarterback position is sure to become a hot topic. Leave us your feedback and remember to listen to our broadcast as we are back live on Friday, October 17th.

Sports Talk while on Vacation
Here we are, my wife Alley & me, in Petoskey, MI; so far North in lower Michigan that it is just barely West. Our lastest travels have taken us through Boyne Falls and the “tunnel of trees” North of Harbor Springs on M-119. We are just taking a weekend to getaway from the hustle and bustle of busy schedules and crowded city life.
For everyone who was listening to our broadcast on Friday, I hope you liked our special panel. If you get a chance, try to catch us at the MVP Sports Grill in Romulus For a “Monday Night Football” gig this coming Monday.
Ciao.
